i couldnt find this question on the site so i thought id ask. i want to lose my belly pooch really fast! what should i do to lose it?

Everyone has that belly pooch they want to get rid of or slim up their "thunder thighs" as they say or slim up their arms, etc. The fact is, though, that there ARE exercises for toning these body parts, but it's impossible to get into shape REALLY FAST. It takes time and patience to get the body you want. And trust me, NO ONE has the body they truly want.
As for ab exercises, 200-300 crunches every other day. Other exercises you could try are leg lifts. If you do sit ups or crunches, make sure you get your sides by turning to your left or right as you come off the floor.
If you get one of those balls made for exercising (not the heavy medicine ball, the one that looks like those big bouncy balls you had when you were a kid), you can do crunches easier. And it works better because you can go back further because the floor isn't there to restrict you.
You can also google "ab exercises" to get more.
And you can't really do this without eating healthy. If you already do, that's good, but make sure you have lots of veggies and healthy foods and LOTS of water.
