Why do I always get an awful feeling after running? I sometimes get a headache. And while I run my eyes feel like they’re gonna pop out and I see something weird like my eyes moving..
try running a little at a time, but mostly walk. then as it becomes easier and easier add a little more running. if you have to run for PE or something talk to the instructor. let them know whats going on.
also keep hydrated. drink lots of water, and even take small sips while you are running.
if conditions persist or dont improve, i would go to the doctor.
