Ok I am not fat, but I have gained a lot of weight since the beginning of the year from stress of school and things like that and I am still gaining more and more.
Summer is almost here, and I really want to "wow" everyone at my school next year. I don't want to like starve myself, I just want to start eating a lot healthier and maybe go on daily jogs around my neighborhood.
I need to know of good/bad things to eat. so if someone could help me out a little, that would be appreciated. :)
GOOD:
any lean meats such as boiled chick, tuna and salmon (fresh or out of the can), grilled chicken, vegitables like cabbage, cucumber, carrots, brocoli, leafy vegitables, fruites such as apples, oranges, tomatos, blueberries, tofu, boiled beans (NOT out of the can), whole wheat, cottage cheese, eggs, nuts, ect.
BAD FOOD:
pretty much anything along the lines of french toast, pancakes, waffels, anything like jam or something packed with sugar or corn syrup. stay away from french fries, hamburgers, chips, cookies, white bread, ect. the one huge thing is soda just by not drinking it you are keeping over 100 calories per meal out of your body so STOP DRINKIG sodas and juices unless they are hand squeezed.
