Question Posted Wednesday May 9 2007, 10:47 pm

I'm a really short gal. And I'm hoping to get just a little taller by next year or the next couple years. I'm already 15/f.

What are some things I could eat/drink/do to get taller?? If anything??

PPPPPLEASE, HELP

There really isn't anything you could eat or drink. Keep eating healthy(balanced diet!) and be...healthy in general. I thought I'd never get taller, but I just had a growth spurt, and I grew 3 inches!

Eat/drink a lot of vitamins! such as fruits, vegetables, orange juice, etc.

other than that... there's really nothing else that can make you taller.

I hope I helped!

PS: if this is really bothering you, you can wear high heels or possibly go to the doctor to see when you're gonna start to grow taller.
