Start by holding the weights and having your arms by your side. Then lift your arms with the weights in your hands up to your shoulders. Then lift your arms straight up. While you are going back, when your arms reach your shoulders, you will turn each wrist, so that your finger nails are facing towards you, then go down all the way like that. I recommend doing 5 sets of 20, repeating. Running would help you lose weight, but not work your arms out that much. Instead of running, another cardio workout you could do is jump roping for 15 minutes. I usually just do 500 jumps a day. It really makes your hearts stronger and works your arms and legs. Yes it is true that the more you sweat the more you lose, because sweating helps clean your body of toxins, it is another form of excretion. Your body releases toxins and excess salt, which like peeing or pooping, gets rid of nasty stuff that takes up room in your body.
hope i helped!
