Well, the process of having an orgasm for a man is similar to females. What happens is they get hard, and then begin to excrete precum, which is sort of like a girl "getting wet" during foreplay. Then, while most girls don't squirt when having an orgasm (some actually do "shoot out", but not many), guys DO shoot when they have an orgasm.
While for girls it is clear, what guys excrete is more white and definitely thicker. And it most certainly doesn't taste the same. Semen tastes thick and salty/bitter.
