Drink plenty of water and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Eat six to eight small meals per day instead of three large meals.
Next, you want to put in about an hour of exercise per day. If you can spend about half an hour running(pace yourself) and another half an hour doing sit ups, your metabolism will increase. Every two weeks, try to increase your pace of running. It will hurt, but push yourself as hard as you can.
