my hair is a couple inches past my shoulders and light brown with blonde highlights. right now it is all one length and so boring. i want to keep the length the same but i need some pictures of celebrities or anyone with layers or anything fun.

Where do you live? If you're in the Los Angeles area, I highly recommend Bob Gevar from Transcend Salon, in Los Feliz (near Hollywood)..he's absolutely perfect. He's dealt with different celebrities, like Leonardo DiCaprio and Sharon Stone. You can google him if you're in the LA area, or try finding a good stylist where you live.
Depending on your face shape, you can get a layered cut, which suites almost everyone.
For your length, I would recommend Nicole Richie's hairstyle...it's layered, but not overdone (same length, mild layers, side bangs)
