The woman is like in a good mood, and then the pirate shows up and he's like an annalogy to her period, so he makes her want like chocolate chips or salty things, because most women crave those during their period.
It's not really that funny, but it's kinda true.

Snatch is another word for vagina. Captain BLOODsnatch...get it? As for the rest, it's saying women get cravings for chocolate, chips, etc during their periods.
