what happend
I am really close to this guy, and we use to always be like bestestest friends forever and like i love you (in a bestest friend kinda way) and always text and talk and call and aim eachother and stuff
but now he barly talks to me
like i dont want to over talk to him and get him anoyed but i dont know what happend
any ideas on anything

There is a number of reasons why he would stop talking to you. It's probably something small that you wouldn't even think of.
He could have developed romantic feelings for you and felt nervous around you and just didn't want you to find out by his acting weird.
He may have heard you say something about him in a joking manner but he didn't comprehend it as a joke and he is hurt.
He could also have heard a rumor about you from someone and felt weird/hurt/angry.
Since I don't know him personally I can't know what's up with him for sure, but you should ask him straight up to be sure.
Just ask him why he's acting distant and doesn't want to talk as much anymore.
