Well, first you need to relax. When you're relaxed your vagina will be more likely to expand to fit his penis inside. Also, you should try using a lubricant so it will be more comfortable when he starts to push in.

Use a lubricant, of course its tight you guys never have sex. :) Buy some lubricant but be sure to get water based.The oil based will make you itch and sticky it can also cause effection. KY is usually best. There is a kind with an orange cap, its got a warming liquid in it. Its great pick it up anywhere they sell condoms. Just remember the vagina tenses when its excited.
