Having to do with other question please read this second
I still like Rhodri alot but I can't take it anymore. I really want to get over him so I can move on and like someone else. The problem is when I stop liking him he'll do something sweet or funny or wont leave me alone and ill like him all over again. Do you know anyway I can just stop liking him, im sick of people saying we look like a couple or people saying Mary loves Rhodri but who would ever love Mary. im popular but hes more than me. We are pretty good friends but sometimes I wish we didnt know eachother. I think and dream about him every night and it drives me insane to like him.

Because this answer has two parts, I'm just going to reject the other one, I'm just telling you, because I would hate if my question was rejected :P.
Well first of all, thank you for chosing me for your question, I try really hard to give excellent advice, and I like the feedback, because it helps me to be better.
Well this is definitely a crush, but every situation is different, and this one is especially ifferent because he's your friend. I think that one of the reason he ignores people that tellhim they like him, is that he thinks that if he's a jerk, then they'll give up and move on, and because you're still young and kinda new at this stuff, I think you should go for it. Tell him how you feel. This way you'll know how it feels, and yeah it will definitely hurt alittle bit, but it's part of the process, and you have to think of it like sports, say you like baseball, you know if you slide to that base, you'll hurt yourself, but if you stay at the base you're at you'll never move on.
So theres two ways this could go, you could move on from the situation and everything will be the same, or it will be super awkward.
Now about the people talking, they're idiots, you're an awesome person, and lots of people love you. I don't know for sure that Rhodri does, but someone does/will. So don't let them get to you, they're probably just jealous of the relationship you have with Rhodri.
I know that right now it feels kinda insane and you just want to be his friend and move on at the same time, but that doesnt really work that well, because you've noticed, you want to stop likeing him, but he'll say something sweet and I know how that can be.
Okay, well there are alot of steps to moving on, and you probably should follow them in order, but because this is a friendship type relationship, I think you should just skip down to the last one, and find a guy. People say it's impossible to create a crush on someone, but it's totally not. So pick a hot guy, and develop a crush on him. So yeah some of the dreams you'll have at night will be about Rhodri, but try and focus your day dreams on the new guy. If you concentrate on something else (or in this case someone else) it can help you to forget some of the feelings about Rhodri.
But on the downside, I've had a on and of crush on a guy since the 6th grade, so crushs don't just disapear. If you try to move on though (which means takeing the steps and telling him how you feel), you will get to a place where you can be in the same place at him without feeling badly.
