i think my bones probably are dense, that or else i have a lot of muscle. i dont know, but many people think i am anorexic because they say i am very thin. but i always want to lose weight b/c i used to be anorexic and have recently struggled with bulimia.
What is your height and your weight? A lot of people who have struggled with eating disorders before suffer from something known as BDD(Body dismorphic disorder..or something like that) It basically causes the person to view his or her body as something it is not. In the case of many girls, they view their bodies of having more fat than they actually have. If your weight is underweight for your height, think logically. The last thing you want to do is to lose weight. Sincem ost people think you are anorexic because of the way you look, chances are you are too skinny so I'm not going to tell you how to lose weight.
eating disorders also come from emotional problems such as depression or insecurties. If you feel crappy about yourself, which I believe you do, then I'd recommend doing something productive such as a sport to make you feel better about yourself. If that doesn't work, try talking to a therapist.
If you want to become a healthy weight and have a nice, toned, body, I'd recommend running 2 or 3 miles every day(not walking, RUNNING) and eating six small meals per day. A small meal would be considered something as a sandwhich. Also drink a lot of water everyday. if you feel that eating a complete sandwhich is too much and you'll get fat, first of all, you won't get fat if you run everyday. If you still find it impossible to eat something such as a sandwhich, I'd recommend seeking therapy. [ TheWallflower's advice column | Ask TheWallflower A Question ]
