losing weight I'm 16/f. And I weight 156 lbs, I'm about 5'8". I gained a lot of weight this year. And I want to lose about 20 lbs, the healthy way. But I need as much advice as I can. I know I need to eat healthier and exercise and what not. What should I eat and not eat? What kind of exercises can I do at home? What can I do to get toned, throughout my whole body? Thanks!

cut down on all the breads, pasta, pizza, all the big breads. Get more fuirts, meats, veggies. For energy. You might have to eat more of those because they don't have as many carbs to burn.
The rubber bands are a great way to tone. To lose a lot of calories, you should do a fast pace tredmill or olipical trainer. I do that. It works your WHOLE body. if you need more tips, please, ask me... I have plenty more. ]
Ok, here we go:
General-
-1200-1500 calories a day
-8-10 glasses of water a day
Foods to Eat-
-Vegetables and Fruits have negative calories
-Whole grains are the only kind to eat
-100 Cal Packs or other reduced calorie/low fat foods
-Lean meat
-Dairy (try skim milk, it tastes the same)
Foods to Avoid-
-Sugar
-Sodium
-Fatty meats
-Soda
Exercise:
-30 minutes of exercise AT LEAST 3-5 days a week
-Running is good for all-over weight loss
-As for toning, work with dumbells. Also do squats, lunges, push-ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc.
-All of this can be done at home with little to no purchase necessary.
Hope that helps! If you have any other questions, send me an IM or a private question on here and I'll be glad to help you out. ]
