I'm 16/f. And I weight 156 lbs, I'm about 5'8". I gained a lot of weight this year. And I want to lose about 20 lbs, the healthy way. But I need as much advice as I can. I know I need to eat healthier and exercise and what not. What should I eat and not eat? What kind of exercises can I do at home? What can I do to get toned, throughout my whole body? Thanks!

General-
-1200-1500 calories a day
-8-10 glasses of water a day
Foods to Eat-
-Vegetables and Fruits have negative calories
-Whole grains are the only kind to eat
-100 Cal Packs or other reduced calorie/low fat foods
-Lean meat
-Dairy (try skim milk, it tastes the same)
Foods to Avoid-
-Sugar
-Sodium
-Fatty meats
-Soda
Exercise:
-30 minutes of exercise AT LEAST 3-5 days a week
-Running is good for all-over weight loss
-As for toning, work with dumbells. Also do squats, lunges, push-ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc.
-All of this can be done at home with little to no purchase necessary.
