alright so im a sophmore n he's a freshman. i met him like 3 weeks ago n we've been talking ever since. He always im's me first n always flirts with me n always like talks to me in the halls. But the problem is... he has a girlfriend (a sophmore also. we're not really friends just aquaintences) ok. so the other night he was saying how im really pretty/hott n stuff.. and then randomly he brought up who i like n i didnt want to tell him so i sorta worked my way around it.. n then he's like well "who says i wont break up with my g.f. and sweep you off your feet" and i was like now theres a thought haha. n he was like now i cant have you falling for me n i was like ha i never said i was. but YOU said that YOU would sweep ME off my feet and its like damn. it was a joke. and then i said haha i know n i had to leave.. but is that a sign that he likes me? or him just being a flirt?

He might like you a little, and wanted to see how you'd respond. But he definitely still likes his girlfriend, so I wouldn't try to break them up or anything. I'd let things be, don't fall too hard for him and don't flirt too much, just let time take its course. If they stay together for a really long time, then I'd try and move on, but hey, it's a high school relationship. How long will it last? Probably not very long at all. So wait it out.
