14/f. so there is this guy i like and he says that he doesnt know if he likes me or not but from what he says it sounds like he does. do you think he is scared to get into a relationship or scared to get hurt? im so confused.

If he says he doesn't know if he likes you or not, maybe he doesn't know if he doesn't like you in a girlfriend/boyfriend fashion?
