Orphanage - Group Home- Kids
Does anyone know of an orphanage (or a group home) for kids that is eaither in the city, or somewhere around westchester??

Probably what you're going to need to do is to call your local version of Child Protective Services. They may not tell you information like this because of the confidentiality of the children in the group home. If you need to go to a group home, you probably will need to go through an intake process and show why your parents are not adequate caretakers.
