it's genetic. it's not a matter of this or that. if his family has a history of big wangs he should have one too. if they don't, well he prolly wont too. but most guys are average as is. and as you've prolly heard size isn't what's important, it's how willing the guy is to please you. if he just doesn't care it doesn't matter how big he is, he's still gonna suck for just not giving a shit.

No. Its mainly hereditary. Ive dated guys who were large feet and his package was not. =[
So dont believe all that stuff.
Ive also learned guys who dont brag usually are packing something "large".
