when is it right to tell someone you love them...and what if they dont tell u they love u back
how do i know he really means it?

the right time is when your ready, dont use the word "love" if you dont mean it, i think only you know the right time..and if you say it and he doesnt say it back maybe hes not ready to tell you; he will after you tell him though dont worry:)

Dont use this word unless you are for sure, because it could scare the other person. Its hard to tell when is best to use it.
You will know for sure if he really loves you. Believe me. The way he looks at you or says your name. The butterflies in your stomach will start flying. If its love, you'll feel it in the pit of your stomach.

There isn't a right or wrong time to tell someone you love them. If you feel it, say it. You shouldnt be ashamed just because the person you're telling might not exactly feel the same way YET. And if he doesnt say they love you back, doesnt mean they wont ever. Atleast, they were honest and didnt lie about it just to respond to you. You'll feel it when he says he loves you to determine if he means it or not. There is no way of actually knowing, then to just trust him. Goodluck!
