What are the bases? I forget

I would say this:
First Base -- Kissing.
Second Base -- Fingering/Touching.
Third Base -- Oral/anal.
Home -- Full on sex.

maybe it's changed but for me it was always
first base=kissing
second = groping touching maybe a hand under a shirt
third = genital fondling under the clothing or anything but but sex
home= sex, either penitration or oral

A lot of people have different opinions on it.
