Liking an older guy . . .

Question Posted Thursday April 26 2007, 8:58 am

Hi! First of all, i think it's awesome that you're a singer, i am too =) .

Anyway, i'm the same age as you. I'm involved in a musical and i like one of the actors who is about 19 years old. We talk heaps and he's one of those guys who's always joking around but when he's serious he's very interesting. After the show i doubt i'll see him again. I don't know if i should tell him how i feel or just stay friends. I don't wanna freak him out, seeing as i'm 15. Any advice you have would do, thanks ^_^

It's not really that much of an age difference. You see cebrities dating people 30 years younger or older than them. I've dated a guy three years older than me. If he seems interested in you then go for it. Tell him how you feel or just flirt like crazy. (Joking) You could also just give him your phone number and tell him if he ever wants to call or hang out to call you. That way if he's interested in you he'll call, if he isn't then at least it wont be as awkward as actually telling him how you feel. Or you can always say you need help with your lines (or one of the songs, depends on what musical you're doing) and ask if he can help you after rehearsal.

Keep in mind that it can be very difficult dating an older guy, especially 4 years older.

Anyways, good luck! And I hope everything works out.
