nope it really doesnt. Yes, tears willl comeee no matter what, since its your nosee and they automatically just come. WEll actuallllly, i got mine done with a gun. So it didnt hurt at all. BUT if you get it done with a needle, then im sure its going to be a lot more painful. I suggest doing it with a gun. And again, it didnt hurt me at all. (i was very worried too ahah) i even went around wearing a stick on stud just to see if it would look good.
