Firstly I'd like to point out that asking the same question twice will not get people to answer it more quickly and if it does (like so) it's probably because you never gave someone enough time to find out the answer for you.

Age progression software is specialist software and thus far I have been unable to find any software that can be used/downloaded for free or even used on a trial basis. The best software out (APRIL) has no price tag to it and you need to contact the company direct for a quote so I would imagine the software would be very expensive. You might want to try contacting the company to ask them if there is similar software available for free use or if they offer any trial packages that you can try out (search for 'APRIL progression software' on google for the web site.
