ok so i have like, two groups of friends. one is me and two other girls...they're my best friends and i tell them that all the time. but then i have another group with my boyfriend and i hang out with them all the time. they arent friends w/ these girls that are my 1st group. now the two other girls are confused- they don't know who i like better because i have been hanging out with these other ppl soooo much. i try to make plans with them but i never really get together with them anymore. i hate to admit but even myself doesnt know who to be with more. i know that theyr my bessssttt friends and wont leave me no matter what, but should i be paying more attention to them? i dont wanta lose them but hanging out with my boyfriend and my other friends is so much funnn. i dont know. help!

Maybe give some free advice about: Friendship? amandaaxoox answered Friday April 27 2007, 9:50 pm: you definitely need to balance both groupss. and if one group has a problem with you hanging with the other group .. then you should really consider your friendship with those people because if they were true to you i think they'd understand. like, your first group shouldn't care that you also like the second group and the second group shouldn't care that you're with the first group. but this doesnt mean you can take advantage of them for being undersanding of the situation! even though you prefer being with the second group, you cant always ditch the first group. imagine how you would feel if your best friend ALWAYS ditched you for her boyfriend?! you said theyre youre best friends, so you really must enjoy SOMETHING about being with them- maybe you just havent hung out with them in a while you need a sleepover or somethign to catch up with them. or also, and not many people are comfortable about this, you should combine both groups sometime- it never hurts to make new friends! no matter how different you may think they are, they all have at least one thing in common - they're friends with you. and that's a good start! i wish you luck with all your friends! hah, wow, you're quite the popular person! just really remember, treat your friends how you expect your friends to treat you. ;] [ amandaaxoox's advice column | Ask amandaaxoox A Question ]
