herbal tea i am doing a research paper on caffeine. i listed herbal tea as an alternative for coffee drinkers. what are some health pros and cons for herbal tea?

I know that herbal tea can speed up your metabolism, and allows you to lose weight (burn calories specifically). It also benefits your heart and certain teas can calm your body down.
I dont really think there's anything bad about herbal tea, actually.

Herbal tea is hydrating liquid vs. caffeinated drinks which are diurectics.
Depending on the herbal mixture, tea can have vitamins, minerals and nutrients that are all conducive to good health.
cons.
some of the herbal mixtures have herbs that are just as bad as caffeine if not worse for you if taken in large doses ]
