Hey!
Well, those answers were... interesting.
heres the thing, everyone afraid of something right, whether it be hieghts or rollercoasters or rejection. Theres something you've got commitment, sure you can have more than one, but this is one you've got, so heres what you need to do, in order to get over something you need to put yourself out there and do it. Like one of the people said, commitment doesnt come right away, it comes after awhile, you just need to take a bit of time and go slowly. Since he showed interest and you didnt, its time to put your own self out there and ask him out. This will be the first step at getting over this. Ask him on a simple date where you two can talk alot. During the date tell him up front that you have commitment issues and you want to take things slowly if thats okay. Then after that try and concentrate on having fun. Let him make hs moves, and make your own. Dont worry about when hes going to be your boyfriend, infact tell him that you'll tell him when you're ready to be his girlfriend and that way you dont ahev to constantly worry about when hes going to put that pressure on you and ask.
Sometimes these types of things take a long time, and lots of steps, so if you want some help to further this issue, let me know and I can help you along. I hope I helpped and clarified this a bit. Love ya,

Commitment doesn't come as soon as you start dating a person... You start of with this liking thing... And then if you really like him and you think that he's the best thing that's ever happened to you.. Just tell him that you love him... Or wait for him to tell you that and then think if you are ready for commitment... Trust me, if either one of you will not be commited you will find better people for yourself... You likie him... and you are sure he likes you...then why wait...Enjoy life without these issues...You wont even know when you when you'll fall in love...
