i think i pulled a muscle ok so this is really weird but i was just stretching and i think i pulled a muscle in my boob. its right where the wire in an underwire bra is and i can't sit up straight without it hurting and i cant inhale fully without it hurting. i didn't even know we had a muscle there but if it is pulled or strained, how can i make it hurt less without medication or doctors.

Lay down & sleep. Ice it a bit just in case it starts to swell & to reduce pain, and take some tylenol. Also, try not to stretch that muscle or do much with it. ]
the muscle you probably pulled is your pectoral, which is the muscle beneath your boob that covers your chest. if it hurts really bad, take some advil or tylenol. also keep an ice pack on it and then switch to some sort of heated pad, keep switching and it will feel better in a few days. also, stretch that area litely so that it hurts a little but not much, and be careful. ]
