1)There could've been a number of reasons why he dumped his girlfriend.
2)It was a dare..so that really wouldn't let anyone know if he really liked you or not. Because, well again, it was a dare! However, you said he kept wanting to make-out. That's a good sign! But, sadly, it doesn't necessarily mean he likes you. It could just mean he enjoyed making out with you!
3) It's possible he just say's "Hi" to be polite..but, maybe it's just because he enjoyed the kiss. You never know.
I think there's a SLIGHT chance he may like you. But, you should definitely talk to him about it all. Ask him to hang out or something. It's very important to get to know someone first. And then, just be direct (if you want to) and ask if he likes you. I can't guarantee he does though.

Just because he says hi to you and broke up with his girlfriend doesn't mean he likes you.
And you made out on a dare. That doesn't mean he likes you.

Just because he dumped his girlfriend and said hi to you doesn't mean anything. He's probably just saying hi to be friendly, and he probably dumped his girlfriend because he didn't like her anymore. That doesn't mean he likes you.
Also, you can't come on the site & tell us not to tell anyone. The site is worldwide meaning that anyone with internet can access this site & see your question. So you can't really tell us that when you put your issue out there for everyone to see, no? I mean, no one is going to know who you are, but they're going to see what you've done because you've told us about it.
