Thighs I am a 19 year old girl. I have always been a really skinny girl. Lately I noticed that my pants havent been fiting me well, and that my thighs are really large. I used to always be a size 1-3 and now they no longer fit me. I walk/run everyday but I do not know what to do in order to get rid of my thighs. Im getting really stressed about my relationship I have been in for almost a year and problems at home. Do you have any good advice for me?!

well the best thing to do is not get stressed and try not toworry so much. umm you can possiably try squats or launch si do that and they work real well i hope that anwsers . and try eating cabbage i know it sounds wierd but it burns off your calories and stuff :) hope that helped ]
