I have average-sized lips....not big, not thin......but they're very, very pale pink. So pale you can hardly see them. And the edges are white, making my lips look really faded, and than they actually are.
Is this a nutrition problem or something? Is there any way to make them have more blood in them WITHOUT makeup?
If you want a quick way to 'redden' your lips a bit, brush them. Use your regular toothbrush and just brush your lips. It will exfoliate the dead skin and at the same time, make your lips a bit bigger and redder. Only for a while though because it goes away sometime later.

If you get tired easily or your body temperature seems off at times it's definitely low iron. This could turn into a major problem. You might want to get it checked out if you think it's becoming an issue. I think the best thing is to get more iron from foods in your system and they should be as good as new. Also water will help a lot.
