Does anyone know of any department stores that sell crystal (fake crystal/diamonds would be suffice) headband things?

Have you tried Claire's, The Icing types of places? I have seen some at my local Kohl's. I would also look at Lord and Taylor's and Dillard's.

wel...claire's would have that, also target. walmart might, but their stuff looks pretty cheap. Also jcpenny, kohls, etc...i think a lot of places
