It's most likely that there is not a "mass comment generator" on a website. Depending on how many people you want to send your comments to, it can take up a lot of bandwith. Something a website might not be able to handle due to other people that may use that "mass comment generator".
Even if there is such a thing, it probably is against the Terms of Service of whatever website you want to spam in (You're probably wanting to comment on myspace, but that's against their ToS)
Regardless of all that technical stuff, personally I believe you should send comments that are meaningful to each and every individual. That's probably how all YOUR friends comment you, right?
