What I do, is after I take a shower when my hair is still wet, I brush my bangs straight down in front of my face, and then start blow drying the bangs in one direction, so when they dry, they will stay on your forhead, but go down to the right (or left) like the girl in the pic.
If that doesent work, you could always take that pic to your hair stylist and she can give you a cut like that.

For best results, part your hair when it's wet from the shower. Blowdrying helps hold your hair in place, along with lots of hairspray. It does take a fair amount of practice, though. But it's fun, too! =]
If you truly can't get the style to work for you, ask your hair stylist to do it for you once, then part your hair in the same place everyday and mock what she did at the salon.
