loosing weight

hello. well, what are some really good tasting foods that are healthy? i know fruits and vegies and stuff, but some snacks. like those 100 claorie packs, those sorta snacks. cause i'm trying to loose weight, but i dont' know any healty foods. thanks!

Yoplait Light yougurt is really delicious, and it's only 100 calories! it's proven to help you lose weight, and i'm actually eating one right now haha! also, water is your BEST FRIEND for losing weight. also, excercising helps too. hope i helped and good luck with it!

100 cal packs are not good for you. They just ration you a small portion of garbage calories. Apart from what you mentioned, healthy snacks include things like: unsalted nuts (of all kinds really), beef jerkey, low fat fruit yoghurt, muesli (the kind with no sugar added), natural peanut butter etc. Note that all the nut based things should be in rather small quantities however.

Apart from things like this it is possible to make healthy desserts to replace the bad ones. Often they will never be quite the same, but sometimes they are very good. Here is a link to a site where bodybuilders share recipes. The stuff here is very healthy, generally being high on protein, and low on carbs and fat.

Oh, sometimes the stuff they make is totally gross too... you have to discriminate a bit when you read through. However, I can guarantee there are a lot of really nice meals/ snacks/ desserts in there.
