I'm a teenager and my periods have been regular for quite some time. My problem is with cravings. I'm on a strict diet- and I can't deal with always being bombarded with random cravings for unhealthy food. It's unbelievable how intense they are- like I feel as though I should kill myself if I can't get the food I'm craving.
How do I stop these?
they always ruin my dieting efforts.

You can pretty much eat whatever you want-but in moderation. [ straightup's advice column | Ask straightup A Question ]
