Well, I don't know what a taks test is but...

Study a sufficient amount. Don't go overload. Take 5 minute breaks every 20min and 10 minute breaks every hour. Get a goodnight's rest. Eat lots of protein & bananas. Yes, bananas. They are good beta blockers--it's natural and healthy [Your body makes you pumped up and nervous b/c adreneline [sp?] kicks in. Beta blockers help keep your heart beat at a regular pace & maintain your calmness]. Do some yoga that morning. Read a book to get your mind off the test before the actual test begins.

Remember, if you get nervous, you're likely to make some mistakes. Breath in and breath out like a pregnant lady going into labor before you take the test and calm your self. Think of happy thoughts or random things like lotion =P

good luck!
