friends vs. friends
i have a set of friends that i love to hang out with!!! they are awesome! When i am around (her) she tells me i am stupid and stuff like that! but she is a great firned to hang with! But i have another set of friends that are fun to hang with and totally accept me for who i am, and can relate to me problems, my other friend can't relate at all.....what should I do??? The one who can't relate feels like i am betraying her! and the other ones i hang with more and they arent mad.....what should i do?

you kind of answered your own question here. You should definitly hang out with the friends who accept you, are fun to hang out with, and can relate to your problems. why would you want to be friends with someone who calls you stuipd and who you can't relate with. your other "friend" who thinks you are betraying her is just jealous that you have other friends besides her.
so just become better friends with the other group of friends who you can relate to :]
