Hair trouble

Question Posted Friday April 13 2007, 7:20 am

Hello, I'm a guy, nearly 17 and my hair is past my chin :)
The problem is it takes hours to dry! I'm told it is thick hair, and fairly straight, slightly wavy.
I would like to wash my hair every morning before going college but it's impossible..

My method of washing/drying is:
Shampoo -wash in
Condition - ends only
After shower:
Twist hair to get most of the water out, go mad with the towel, comb it through and get a true parting. I then put it in a pony tail and let it dry that way..

Whilst on the subject, I also lose alot of my hair from combing and washing in the shower, which annoys my parents :P

Don't comb it while it's wet. Don't even part it. Twist and do the towel thing, but leave it down and let it air dry. THEn you can comb it. Trust me, it'll work. :)

Don't you DARE trim your hair! It won't help with the losing hair bit . Trust me, I have long hair, and I trimmed it three times in 2 months, and I keep on losing hair like mad! Instead, try using this shampoo and conditioner. It will lessen the hair losing bit by 90% - and yes, it worked for me. =) But I use the one for colored hair now, so it's back to losing hair..

Use the L'Oreal Elvive shampoo and conditioner. I can't remember what's the complete name, but the bottle's color is orangeish and there's something about 90% less hair loss thing on the bottle. I used that ONCE and saw the result.

Hope this helps!

hey- shampoo and condition the whole thing. it will make it better. then get out, dry it, and keep it straight down. there are some "after conditioning" hair products which are used after your shower,, u put it in and it dries your hair and makes it feel way better! you'll think of something- just don't put it in a ponytail. or get a trim- it willtake shorter to dry.

don`t put it in a pony tail, it dries muchhh slower that way. either leave it down&let it air dry, or blow dry it.
