LG Cingular phone

Does anybody know how to get rid of the word "Cingular" on the phone?
like, when you flip it open, it has your background, and i took this cute pic, but the word singular is going through my friends head.
is there a way to get rid of it?!

I don't think you can, but I know a way you can get it off the center of your face, or head.

Go into Settings, then go to Personalize. Go to Home Screen & go to Layout. You should see two choices. "Centered" and "Left Justified." Click "Left Justified." and it moves it to the left so that way your picture isn't ruined with the ugly word of Cingular.

I did the same thing because I have a picture of my baby cousin on my phone, and it was blocking his face so I moved it. Hope that helps. If not, you may be able to change it, but I don't know if you can, and I don't know how. You'd have to ask a Cingular employee about that.

I dont think you can. Its set in the phone's programing so i dont think so.
