I heard from someone that If You are 15 or 16 years of Age Then your breasts will probably not grow more or They might stay the same size..Is that trueE?? i do not belive its true because i think its the age where they Just start to develope and i dont belive it cuts off at those ages..I hope not because i think my need growing lol

They usually arent fully developed until youre about 21.

That's not true at all. I think girls stop growing between 18-21, but I'm not 100% positive on that.
