my sistesters ipod just like froze. how do i fix it? she has the ipod video. and it froze with the apple sign on.

this happened to me within like a week of getting my ipod video ok so this is what you do. on the top you switch the hold button so its on hold and then turn it off(the hold button off) then press the menu and center button at the same time for about 6seconds. it worked for me if it doesnt work for you then i'd have your ipod serviced or replaced.

wait till it dies, then charge it up and then see if it works if not read the instructions or get it checked out
