13/f 110lbs 5'4'' you can see my ribs but below then my stomach is all fat. im fat in looks but real small in # weight. below my ribs is real big my stomach and thighs and calvs but my ribs and above im too skinny i hate it you can see my ribs and i just look sick im too skinny on top. i wana loose weight on bottom but gain weight on top. i know i cant do that but how can i fix it. like loose weight then gain muscle ive been trying for a long time plz help mee
