Weather is your nice hair, body, personality.. anything! When I get jealous of someone I just picture them doing something only I can do and it makes me feel alot better. If you enjoy doing something that makes you happy then do that! If you hang out with friends and feel happy with your self then hang out with them. I jog everynight and I feel so proud of myself when I finish- also its nice to jog because I run outside and its so nice to see the streets and everything natureish. It also realieves stress and I can get away from anything I am unhappy with. Hah, just do what you love and anything that can take your mind off your self asteem. Hope this helped!!

Also, spend time with a friend who makes you feel really good about yourself and who you always have fun with and hang out with him/her a lot. This might seem sorta strange, but one thing that really helped me was when I totally cleaned out my room and I just spent hours in my room cleaning and it was actually really helpful. Take pride in your appearance-that helps too, look good even if you're not going anywhere. [ realgirlrealworld's advice column | Ask realgirlrealworld A Question ]
