Right, basically you have to bring yourself right to the tip of orgasm (using whatever means you use!) and then slow down, play with something else for abit (if you're with a sig other get them to tease you somewhere else, thighs, breasts, etc / or if alone just slow down and take some deep breaths try to relax) the aim is to not get there too fast, if you do this a few times, get right to the tip and then slow down, when you actually reach orgasm it should be more powerful, and last longer.
