everytime i put any picture on, my profile shows it with that little red X ina bod thingy, how can i put a picture so it DOESNT have that??

Try uploading it using a photo-uploader.

Such as www.photobucket.com

I use it for every one of my picutres I upload and it hasn't given me one bit of trouble and has always uploaded my stuff.
