Okay. 15/f. I have a guy friend...and he JUST got a girlfriend. And I never really liked him in that way. But now, since he talks about her IN MY FACE...And he ALWAYS does that these days, it annoys the SH*T out of me. OH MY GOSH. I just want to go over there...and tell her off or something. (the thing is...I don't like her that much). I'm jealous. I'll say it right away. And it's an icky feeling. How does one overcome it? Ugh...it's so gross!

I'm sure you don't like his girlfriend for a good reason, so odds are he's going to find out what that reason is and realize he's wrong. In the meantime, tell your guy friend that you're happy he's happy, but you'd rather not listen to him babble about her just because you don't get along with her very well. If he's a good friend, he'll stop. [ sugarplum07's advice column | Ask sugarplum07 A Question ]
