it all depends on your body & heredity. some girls were just born with it while others experience no such discomfort.
like some periods, you'll notice you get terrible cramps when others, you can't even tell you got your period.
you can easily reduce the discomfort by taking medicne, such as midol or advil, taking a long, hot bath, and / or putting a heating pad on your lower abdominal area. excercicising, to some degree, may also reduce cramps. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
