weight. just like everyone else =]

im abouuuutt 5'6 and i weight like 147 i do lots of sports im nto really fat but i find myself veryy chubby haha. oh and im 13. lol okk so whats a healthy weight for me? and about how many calories a day is healthy?

im like 5'5 1/2 and i weigh like 113. thats a healthy weight. if you look on a bmi calculator you should be able to find if your weight is healthy. it sounds pretty healthy to me. if you play a lot of sports youre probably fine and its just a lot of muscle.

you are in pretty good shape :] considering you do so many sports, etc. if you feel chubby, then you could lose a few pounds, but not too much cause you're tall & you dont want to look really skinny.

if you want to be PERFECTLY NORMAL for your height, age & gender, 130 is the ideal. but you dont have to strive for that.

all your weight is MOSTLY muscle. muscle weighs more than fat.

1200-2000 calories a day is healthy. but more is too much.

a healthy weight is about 140 to 150 so its pretty much good for your height i am 5 5 and i am 130. it mostly doends on the height and age and you are 13 which you are going throught changes and you thin out once you get older too.
