I`m thinking T-Mobile is the provider? Well I have T-Mobile, & you just have to listen to that women talk when you get on voicemail and press the button where she talks about changing it. If you need more details, leave one in my inbox :]

I could help you if I knew the provider -- the phone you are using makes no difference.
Usually if you call your voice mail, and then it goes to a menu options, you can change it from there.
But that is with verizion.

Instead of rating me a four -- why don't you tell me the provider so I can help you out and get you the right answer?
