1. I'm guessing you were the straightener girl.
I got my straightener from the mall. But you can order it online. Its a very popular salon straightener though, check your local hair places.

The price is 90 dollars. Not including shipping & tax.

2. I just didn't like it. It didn't cope with my curly, thick hair. Wasn't hot enough for my liking, the chi heats up in less that 5 seconds, and goes really really hot.
